A French prosecutor says the co-pilot, alone at helm of the Germanwings plane that crashed into the French Alps, began the descent manually and "intentionally."
Alone at the controls, he was conscious until impact.
Alarms sounded as banging is heard on armored door of Germanwings cockpit. The pilot was tring to regain entry, but the door was locked. Investigators say the co-pilot appeared to want to "destroy the plane."
All 150 people on board were killed when it crashed on Tuesday morning.
