VIDEO: Texas dam collapses without warning, sending wall of water downstream

Officials are calling it a ‘partial dam failure’ but it sure looks more dramatic than that.

Video caught the exact moment the spill-gate on the dam on Lake Dunlap, northeast of San Antonio, gives out.

The spillage caused the lake to drop seven feet in a few hours.

It’s unknown what damage may have occurred downstream and the river is moving faster than normal.

No word yet on what caused the failure.
