The video, from a nearby business, is hard to make out, but it shows Hussle standing with several other people in a white shirt when a man in a black shirt approaches the group and opens fire.
The shooter, now being identified as 29-year-old Eric Holder, is then seen walking up to Hussle, who is on the ground, and kicking him before running away.
It's being reported that Holder had an ongoing dispute with Hussle before the shooting occurred over accusations of snitching to police.
Police have issued a warrant for Holder's arrest and he is currently on the run.
