WINTER PARK, FL — The Winter Park Police Department has arrested a man they say stalked a 15-year old girl, and threatened to kill her family.
On Saturday, Robert Crumly is accused of following the girl, and then repeatedly showing up to her house on Westchester Avenue on Sunday.
Crumly then tried to break into the girl’s home through a window, all while threatening to kill her family, according to the Winter Park Police Department.
Police said that Crumly ran away from the home after her father grabbed a handgun.
The girl told police she didn’t know Crumly at all.
Crumly was arrested a few blocks away from the girl’s home. He now is facing burglary and aggravated stalking of a minor charges.
