VIDEO: Waitress puts man in headlock, slams him into wall for groping her

SAVANNAH, GEORGIA — A Palm Bay, Florida man was arrested and charged with sexual battery after grabbing the buttocks of a waitress who immediately tackled him to the ground.

In security footage from Vinnie Van GoGo’s pizzeria that’s now gone viral, 31-year-old Ryan Cherwinski is seen walking past 21-year-old server Emelia Holden and copping a feel on her butt.

But he messed with the WRONG GIRL.

Within seconds, Holden grabs him by the collar, puts him a headlock, and slams him against the wall onto the ground.

Holden tells Inside Edition: "I honestly didn't even give it much thought. I just did it. I didn't even know I could do that!"

Police were called and Cherwinski was arrested and charged with sexual battery.

Her response to being groped has lit social media on fire, with viewers hailing her a hero.

“I don’t care who you are, you have no right to disrespect me,” says Holden.

To make matters worse for Cherwinski, he was reportedly on a date with his wife when the groping incident happened.
