Team rides "Its a Small World" for 13 hours for blood cancer cure

Orlando, Fla. — If you have ever been to the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, then there is no doubt you know the ride "Its A Small World". The question is: Would you ride it for nearly 13 hours if it was for a good cause?

The team in training at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society seems to think so. On their website, they have announced that they will spend all of Saturday riding the "Happiest Cruise that Ever Sailed" as many times as they can until the park closes. Each team member who participates in today's event will have a page that people can donate to in order to help raise money for blood cancer research.

The initial goal was to raise $25,000, but since that goal has already been reached, they have bumped it up to $32,000. The group says" Its the ultimate endurance challenge- both physically( sitting for hours on a hard plastic seat) and mentally( hearing the same song over and over and over)."
