The Falcon 9 rocket launch was originally scheduled for Sunday at 3:52 a.m, then it was moved to Tuesday at 3:10 a.m. because of weather conditions. Then at 9:00 a.m. Monday, SpaceX tweeted they’re standing down until after the launch of Crew Demo-2.
On May 27, NASA astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken will ride SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft into orbit on top of a Falcon 9 rocket from launch pad 39A at Kennedy Space Center. This will be the first launch of astronauts from American soil to the International Space Station since 2011.
Liftoff time is expected around 4:32 p.m.
