Man shot at Sky Hookah Lounge on East Colonial Drive

Orlando, Fla. — Orange County deputies are investigating a shooting that happened at a bar on the east side Sunday morning.

They say just before 5 a.m., they responded to the Sky Hookah Lounge on East Colonial Drive in response to a shots fired call. When they got there, they saw multiple cars leaving the business at a very fast speed.

After checking the area around the Lounge, they say witnesses talked about someone at the club who was a victim of multiple gunshot wounds, but left. During the investigation, it was learned that the male victim was driven to Florida Hospital East by his girlfriend, and was then later taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment.

No word yet on what caused the shooting or if any suspects have been found. This is an active investigation.
