Man charged with taking up skirt photos at UCF graduation ceremony

Orlando, FL. — A Sumter County man is accused of taking up skirt photos at a UCF graduation ceremony.

Jesse Wiggins, 27, of Wildwood, was arrested in Alachua County Wednesday on charges of video voyeurism to a child under 16 and video voyeurism to an adult victim.

Police said that on Friday, a woman was walking down the isle with her 10 year old daughter and noticed Wiggins with his arm extended down toward some steps, holding a cellphone with the camera facing up.  The woman alerted security and University police.

Wiggins denied taking any photos and turned his phone over to police. Investigators uncovered video up the dresses of the woman and her daughter, along with another video of an unidentified woman in a different location.
