Orlando, Fla. — One of the best things about living in the greater Orlando area is the wide range of food selections.

From delicious Puerto Rican mofongo to finger-licking Ethiopian injera dishes—Central Florida is home to a beautifully diverse array of cooking styles.

With that said, local black-owned eateries and shops were some of the hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Associated Press.
