Campaign encourages vets, service members to report alcohol misuse

There’s a nationwide campaign to encourage service members, veterans and families to reach out for help for substance misuse and other psychological concerns.

Throughout the month of January, the Real Warriors Campaign is providing resources to people in need.

Campaign representative Air Force Technician Sergeant Bradley Blair tells News 96.5 WDBO it’s Department of Defense initiative to help warriors recover from the invisible wounds of war and their families.

“A lot of our focus is on service members and veterans, but we’ve got tools specifically related to the loved ones.  We’ve also got a psychological health resource center, said Blair.”
