Florida woman squeezes boyfriend’s genitals ‘until they bled’

An Indian Harbour Beach woman was arrested for particularly cringe-y assault.

On June 4th, Katie Lee Pitchford and her boyfriend, whom she lived with, got into an argument.

It escalated until the 21-year-old woman “became enraged” and attacked her boyfriend, punching him and scratching his face.

The man, who reportedly had a bloodied and bruised face, told officers that Pitchford also grabbed him “by his b---s and squeezed them until they bled.”

She went on to choke him until he couldn’t breathe before he finally managed to wrestle away from her and call police.

Pitchford was arrested for battery and accused of violating her probation.

While sitting in the back of the patrol car, Pitchford asked if she could talk to the victim ‘so she could apologize.’

She's was detained by the Brevard County Sheriff's office on no bond and will appear in court later this month.
