Florida man John Francis Morgan finds himself in trouble with police after he went to a McDonald’s he had already been banned from, stripped naked, did a little dance, then tried to have relations with a railing.
It all began in Naples on Sunday when the 62-year-old was chatting with a Collier County Sheriff's Office deputy and mentioned he was going to visit a McDonald’s where he had previously gotten in trouble for similar outbursts.
The deputy reminded Morgan of his past trouble there and warned him not to visit the fast-food eatery.
Though Morgan promised not to, he was either lying or doesn’t care much about promises because the next day he was found taking his clothes off and dancing in front of the doors of that McDonalds.
"I was dispatched to McDonald's in reference to a white male wearing white shorts taking their clothes off and doing a strange dance," said Morgan's arrest report, written by Officer D. Grossklass.
He continued, “The caller stated that they believed the male to be possibly on drugs.”
Apparently, the dance alone wasn’t enough for Morgan, because he then moved on to the McDonald’s railing.
The report goes on, “While I was on my way to McDonald's it [was] also stated that the male pulled his pants down, but put them back on. Lastly, the caller stated that it looked as though the male was trying to have relations with a railing."
Morgan is charged with one count of trespass of a property and is in custody with Collier County Sheriff’s Department.
Unfortunately, Morgan is no stranger to the police.
Just last month, he was charged with battery.
His other arrests have been on charges including breach of peace, several for trespass, drinking alcohol in public and disorderly intoxication.
