Another bullet point to add in the ever-ongoing argument between cat and dog people - a study has found that dog owners tend to get more exercise than cat owners.
Of course, that’s because you have to walk dogs and not, necessarily, cats.
But just how much more exercise dog lovers get is what may be surprising.
The study out of the UK finds that those with a pup are four times more likely to reach recommended workout goals.
In fact, some people get two and a half hours of moderate exercise each week just by walking their dog.
For what it’s worth, they also found that dog owners are more likely to be runners and joggers as opposed to taking part in yoga or Pilates.
Guess that’s for cat people.
