Disney Imagineer delivers more details on new Star Wars ride

It’s being called the ‘crown jewel’ of Disney’s Galaxy’s Edge land - the much anticipated ‘Rise of the Resistance’ ride.

Set to open on December 5th, the attraction promises to use multiple ride-technologies to pull guests in to the experience of getting captured by the First Order.

As the Orlando Business Journal writes, "Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Iger wanted his team of Imagineers to go beyond anything they've done before with the next Star Wars theme park ride."

And the Imagineers feel that they’ve met Iger’s challenge, calling it the

"most ambitious" project they've ever done.
