Disney has no tolerance for violence - Florida woman banned for life

Lake Buena Vista, Fla. — A Florida woman has been banned from Disney for life after an argument over cigarettes turned violent.

Ellen McMillion, 53, of Brandon, Fla.,  was arrested and charged with third-degree felony battery and misdemeanor disorderly intoxication Thursday night, after she tried to slap a taxi driver and then kicked a deputy sheriff outside of Hollywood Studios.

A police report states that McMIllion asked the taxi driver, who does not smoke, for a cigarette.

She became angry and tried to slap him when he told her he did not have any, according to the report.

An Orange County Sheriff Deputy reportedly saw the incident and was worried she may be a threat to others.

The police report states McMillion smelled like alcohol and was slurring her words as she yelled profanities while parents and children walked by.

Deputies said while they were guiding the cuffed suspect to their patrol car, she kicked one of them at least two times.

McMillion has been charged with third-degree felony battery and misdemeanor disorderly intoxication.

A Disney spokeswoman told The Orlando Sentinel: "We have no tolerance for violence," and banned McMillion from all Disney properties for life.
