Carson City, Nevada — O.J. Simpson appeared today before a parole board in Carson City, Nevada in an attempt to earn parole from his previous 33-year sentencing. Simpson was found guilty in 2007 of kidnapping and armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel.
Now that’s he’s been granted parole, Simpson could be released as early as October, says David Smith, a spokesman for the Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners.
