KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Kissimmee police have charged two men with the murder of a third co-conspirator for a March 29 home invasion on Jessa Drive.
Jorge Velez, 46, was shot and killed as he tried to enter the home, detectives said.
Now, Wayne Richardson, 22, and Anthony James, 28, have been charged with Felony Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Home Invasion. They were arrested April 12 in Orange County.
