World's largest Perkins Restaurant added to Skyplex

A 10,000 square foot Perkins Restaurant has been added to the Skyplex venue where the world's tallest roller coaster is being built.

The restaurant will be the anchor of what developers are calling Skyplaza.  It's an open air prominade which will feature retailers and will be linked to the thrill ride by a pediastrian bridge.

The $300 million project is set to open in 2017.
