Tropical Depression #9 parked over the Gulf; watches in effect across Florida

11 p.m. update: 

The tropical system over the Gulf of Mexico continues without a name.

No significant change to the track. No changes to the watches or warning.
Due to it's slow movement, Tropical Depression #9 is is expected to make landfall on Thursday afternoon or early evening.

The biggest threat of Central Florida is heavy rains that could lead to flooding. Also, some storms could have some rotations therefore the possibility for tornadoes exists. 
Winds could also be an issue, especially over regions closer to the storm's center. Northern counties like, Marion, Northern Lake, Sumter, Flagler and northern Volusia.
