Multiple news and social media sources are reporting an explosion at a mixed-use building in Manhattan. Smoke and flames can be seen from a massive fire at 125 2nd Ave.

There are reports of both civilians and firefighters being trapped in the building. Dozens of injuries have been reported, but not confirmed.
