The Chiago Police Department is investigating an officer seen on video sleeping inside his patrol vehicle.
WLS-TV reports the video was recorded on the south side of Chicago at the intersection of 63rd Street and Campbell. The video was first uploaded to social media about two weeks ago and since then, it's been viewed more than a million times.
In the video, a man can be heard talking about recent violence in the Chicago neighborood.
The narrator even talks about a police officer involved shooting near the intersection where the cop is seen sleeping.
