An angry hockey father made more of a scene than he intended to when he caused a pane of rink Plexiglas to shatter at his kids' hockey game.
After a kid falls on the ice during a play, the Pennsylvania dad stands up and begins shouting at the referees.
He moves down to the bleachers and begins banging on the glass when it unexpectedly shatters all over the ice.
"Way to go, Paul," a woman can be heard saying.
ABC News 4 reports that, "the titanium wedding ring on his finger connected just right" to smash the glass.
The rink's glass is designed to withstand a 100 mph slap shot, but that doesn't mean it's incapable of breaking.
The mad dad was asked to leave the arena, which he did, and agreed to pay the $500 the new piece of Plexiglas will cost.
“That kind of acting at a game is just not tolerated at all,” commented Mike Cleveland, the general manager at the York Ice Arena, "Youth sports needs to be what it is, and that’s an outlet for these kids who have a lot of stresses on their lives. It's just a game."
