details alleged sexual harassment by Charlie Rose

Eight women say longtime TV host Charlie Rose made unwanted sexual advances toward them, according to the Washington Post on Monday.

The women describe lewd phone calls, walking around naked in their presence, or groping from the veteran journalist.

The Post says three of the women spoke on the record while five spoke on the condition of anonymity out of "fear of Rose's stature in the industry."  The Post says for all of the women, reporters interviewed friends, colleagues or family members who said the women had confided in them about the incidents.

One of the women, Reah Bravo, describes unwanted advances from Rose in 2007 when she wiorked on his PBS show.

“He was a sexual predator, and I was his victim,” she said.  Bravo goes on in the article to accuse Rose of emerging naked from a shower and standing where she could see him.  She also accuses him of assaulting her on a private plane.
