Student bravely live-tweets during Broward school shooting

One student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida was able to send off tweets from his phone while the shooting was still happening.

According to numerous news outlets and posts on social media, many students were able to text family and loved ones while hiding inside closets or in locked-down classrooms.

"I am in a school shooting right now," posted user @TheCaptainAidan on twitter.
