A family in Apopka escaped their home only hours before a sinkhole swallowed up a portion of their home, according to Orange County Fire and Rescue.
Emergency crews were called at 8:22 a.m. Tuesday to the home on West Kelly Park Road. The family reported the depress on Monday at 8 p.m.
Crews estaimte the hole is 25 by 15 feet and growing.
