ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando-area Democratic Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy is inviting her constituents to come to one of her Central Florida offices if they need help dealing with federal agencies.
She’s announcing a new round of community office hours; each of her three local offices are offering a two-hour time period where people can come in and get assistance.
“For example the Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, the IRS or even the Department of State,” Murphy said in a phone interview. “It’s a great way for me to reach out to my constituents at every corner of my district to let them know that they can count on my office for help. I know that dealing with a federal agency can be difficult and frustrating, and so that’s why my staff is always standing by to lend a hand to our constituents.”
