Orlando Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting female passenger

Orlando. Fla. — Another Uber driver is in trouble with the law. An Orlando man is facing charges after a passenger said he carried her into a hotel room and sexually assaulted her while she was drunk.

Jorge Alberto Antunez Quintero, 38,  was arrested Wednesday on charges of kidnapping and sexual battery, for the alleged May 21 incident.

Antunez Quintero admitted to taking the young lady to a Red Roof Inn off International Drive and carrying her to the room because she had a hard time walking.

According to an arrest warrant, the victim told police she requested a ride from a friend’s house and to be dropped off at the hotel.

Antunez Quintero told police the woman asked him to pull over on the way because she felt sick. He said she pulled up her dress, and wasn’t wearing underwear. He claims he took that as a sign that she wanted to have sex.

He is being held at the Orange County Jail on no bond.
