More than 100 officers expressed interest in visiting Puerto Rico, but the Department could only afford to send 12.

“They are still struggling when it comes to power, especially intersections.” Deputy Chief Orlando Rolon said, “There are over 400 intersections without power. We will be assisting with that and patrol duties.”
