Ocala, FL. - A Marion County man already in trouble with the law, is accused of conspiring to bomb Target stores to make the price of the retailers stock drop.
Federal investigators said Mark Barnett, 48, of Ocala offered a relative $10,000 to place homemade bombs in Target stores along the east coast..
