Former University of Florida and New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez hasn't seen the football field in a few years.
These days his uniform is a prison jumpsuit, rather than a football jersey.
Hernandez is facing trial for a 2012 double-murder and he's hired a well-known attorney to represent him.
Jose Baez is perhaps best known for representing Casey Anthony during her infamous murder trial. Now he's Hernandez's attorney but judging by video from a hearing this week, Baez may be confused about the identity of his client.
During the beginning of the proceeding, Baez is heard telling the judge he is in court, "on behalf of Aaron Rodriguez."
Baez did not appear to notice the gaffe until his client leaned over saying, "you murdered my name."
TMZ posted video of the courtroom mix-up yesterday.
