ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A worker ran for his life and escaped injury this morning when a falling construction crane crashed down nearby. Other workers were also seen running after the load shifted and then the entire crane toppled at the site of the new St. Petersburg Police Headquarters.
Police surveillance video captured the moment.
Calls made to the construction company were not immediately returned, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
