FRESNO, Calif. — A man with a criminal past, including making terrorist threats, is in custody after three men were gunned down in the streets of this California city.
Police identified him as Cori Ali Muhammid, 39, who goes by the nickname “Black Jesus.”
He did not resist when arrested, following a random shooting spree with “a big gun,” a term used by a witness.
Police said they found .357 caliber ammo on the suspect and shell casings that match at three shooting scenes today.
Muhammid was wanted for a murder and attempted murder from last week, police said.
