Video captured by a Connecticut police officer’s body cam shows the officer saving a man who was trying to jump off a six-story building last week.
Police say they were called to the retirement community in Hamden about a resident fighting with people on April 21.
Officer Justin Martin was meeting with staff members when an elderly male resident ran upstairs. He followed him upstairs to the roof and saw the man attempt to drive head first over the railing.
Martin grabbed the man by his feet and pulled him to safety.
